Mail Filtering
  • Filtering setting available for mail address / subject / main text / attached file / keyword / type
  • Mails filtered according to the administrator’s policy are automatically forwarded to a pre-set target as a blind carbon copy
  • In the case of an external notification mail, the mail address is sent in a single unit (to prevent mail delivery mistakes)
Approved Mail
  • The contents of mails sent by users according to the administrator approval policy are forwarded after approval from the third party (approver)
  • In the absence of the approver, the approval process is carried out after appointing an agent
Security Mail
  • The text and attached file of a mail filtered according to pre-set policies are encrypted in ZIP
  • The forwarding of a mail filtered according to pre-set policies is blocked, and the blocked mail can be identified in the log
Outgoing Mail
  • Send the mail after delaying it for a certain period according to pre-set policies
  • If an outgoing mail address is included according to pre-set policies, send the mail after forwarding the confirmation mail to the sender
